Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products stored improperly by customer
  • Custom or personalized gift boxes (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence

Return Shipping

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our Fault: We cover return shipping for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns
  • Return Pickup: Available in Dhaka for 100 BDT fee

For quality issues, we may arrange free pickup from your location.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: We inspect the product within 2 business days
  • Approval: You'll receive refund confirmation email
  • Processing Time:
    • bKash/Nagad: 3-5 business days
    • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
    • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days
    • Store Credit: Instant

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different product?

  • Same Price: Direct exchange within 7 days

Damaged or Defective Products
